About Me

I'm a full time Realtor and resident of Fernandina Beach. I've spent most of my life residing in the North East, from Connecticut to Maryland. I have engineering degrees from the University of Connecticut and I am a retired senior manager with the Department of Army. I am a graduate of the Defense Services Management College, a former junior college adjunct faculty member and tennis coach. [My love of tennis explains my "brand" that you'll be seeing on these WEB pages.] I had planned to retire in the northern-most of the "Golden Isles" (Hilton Head) but I ended up at the southern-most "Golden Isle" (Amelia). A gentiler life style, superior air transportation, unspoilled natural beauty and true year-round recreational activities are the features that attracted me to Amelia Island. So, you'll see that I have hands-on experience on relocation to this area (including lots of supporting rationale). The only things missing here for me are my kids and grand-kids who are still in the D.C. area.
